More than twenty Lab members piled into the conference room for a special Affinity Lab Economic Stimulus Brown-Bag lunch this Thursday. Sponsored by Design Symphony and Joint Concepts, members got a chance to share experiences and perspectives on how the economy has effected their business, prospecting and ideas for what they’ve seen work to drive new business during the these challenging times.
Members then discussed how they can work together to generate and share new business, as well as how the Lab can collectively market itself as a one-stop shop for creative, web and professional services. Berit Oskey, Affinity Lab’s President, has been preparing materials and a survey in order to develop a simple but unified member profile format in order to support a collective effort to share needs, wants and haves among member organizations.
In addition to collaborating via the Lab’s Intranet, Members will reconvene at another brown bag lunch in the next two to three weeks to determine specific goals and steps for the next phase of the effort.
