Space
Affinity Lab offers dedicated space in which to work, meet and have events through a shared office environment. Organizations appreciate the convenient, affordable solution to moving beyond a home office. It’s no accident we are right above a 24-hour Diner and every member gets their own keys and alarm code to come and go as they need. Membership offers:
- Dedicated desk space with locking storage, bookcase and office chair (Shared and Full-time membership levels)
- Shared work areas (all membership levels)
- Dedicated storage space for large items (Full-time, then as available)
- Conference room - 8+ person
- Large event room - 100+ person
- Welcome area
- Kitchen area
- Lounge area
- Disco ball
Tools
Membership at Affinity Lab also includes dedicated access to a range of office tools and services. Besides the time, money and frustration you save by having us manage the shared business machines and services, your membership also includes:
- Dedicated telephone and designated line*
- Redundant high-speed Internet access
- Redundant networked printing
- High speed copier**
- White boards and flip-charts
- Postage machine and scale**
- TV, VCR, DVD Player in conference room
* Phone line is automatically included in Full-time Membership level, with individual calls and long distance passed through at cost. Shared Membership level shares a phone and line with another organization. Phone and line offered as an additional service with virtual membership.
** Some services, such as copies, postage and phone calls are offered on a per use or item level at, or near cost.
