Compass Partners is a student-run company that incubates social entrepreneurial ventures and offers social business training programs. The company provides start-up resources and seed funding to students with innovative ideas to change the world through business. Its main educational program, the Compass Fellowship, is an intensive a two year social entrepreneurial training program for 15 freshmen each year. The program includes a dynamic speaker series and provides each fellow with an internship opportunity then seed grant to launch a social business venture.
